Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. (Personalized or pre-order items may require additional production time as noted on the product page).

Estimated Delivery Time:
Estimated delivery time is 7-12 business days after dispatch.

Shipping Fees:

• Free standard shipping is available on orders over $69.

• For orders under $69, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method.

Fulfillment Origin:
Orders may be fulfilled from our own or partner facilities depending on inventory availability and the delivery destination.

Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 2-3 business days for the tracking status to update.

Delays / Lost Packages:
If your tracking information has not been updated for an extended period (more than 14 days) or your package appears to be lost, please contact us at service@vioraura.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and provide a resolution (replacement or refund) if the package is confirmed lost in transit.
